Keyster's Carburetor Tune-Up Kit includes almost all the parts needed to repair or adjust your carburetor. Needle valves, idle screws (air screws), float chamber gaskets, etc., but the most distinctive feature is the wide variety of fuel control parts. There are 3 sizes of pilot jets, 6 sizes of main jets and 4 sizes of jet needles.
The rubber needle valve is made of "AA Needle" which is the super needle that won the invention prize. Its amazing performance far surpasses that of stock products.
Conventional jet sets for tune-up are distributed equally in size. For example, it skips by 5 or 10 but the jetsets in the fuel tune kit are not evenly spaced. In combination with the jet needle, the size is designed to change the air-fuel ratio effectively and precisely.
The first use of the fuel tune kit is for troubleshooting. For use to repair motorcycles with fuel supply problems.
The basic direction is that the pilot jet, the jet needle and the main jet should all be moved in the L direction to increase the A / F ratio, and all of them should be moved in the R direction to decrease the A / F ratio. However, the combination of L, S, and R will be different depending on how you want to change the range of low, medium, and high speed. This is one of the best parts of carburetor tuning.
Another application of the fuel tuning kit is to tune up the motorcycle (performance improvement).
However, the carburetor is not a device that generates power by itself, so no matter how much you adjust the carburetor, the effect of tuning up is not expected. Please note that the performance will be improved by adjusting the carburetor to fit the engine and the parts of the engine front and rear when they are replaced and tuned up. For example, if you try to improve the performance of the engine by changing the air filter to increase the amount of air passage or the exhaust to reduce the exhaust resistance, the mixture conditions required by the engine will naturally be different. This is where carburetor adjustment comes in. This can be easily met with a fuel adjustment kit.
